Project overview

The client had contracted Gulf Sands General Contracting LLC for filling of the water basin for the intake system of the Nuclear Reactors.

We had to keep in mind the various economic factors such as maximum flow required with minimal pumps, within the minimum number of days, thereby reducing the fuel costs.

Since most of our fleet comprises the Redi-prime Cornell Pumps UAE, that have extremely high Efficiency values (upto 84%), we were able to deliver 4 million Cubic Meters of water within a span of 11 days, which was much less than their anticipated duration of 17 days. The client ended up saving almost AED 700,000 from their original estimate considering days of hire, and overall fuel consumption. This was possible due to the superior performance of our pump-sets, and our professional setup.
